8.Registration fees are not refundable in any circumstances Membership ID is not transferable in any circumstances. At any point of time company can change the rate plans without any prior notice. Payments will be calculated for valid WORK only. Members must provide correct bank details like account name and account number with postal address of the branch and IFSC Code. Company will not be responsible for payment in case any wrong information provided by members. "Terms and Conditions" can be changed as per company requirements at any time .To get started candidates have to pay a non-refundable registration fees SET BY THE COMPANY which is totally non-refundable. The fees has been charged on behalf of consultancy fees, giving direct links to different companies servers & maintaining monthly cum account report of every candidate
9.After getting registered successfully candidates will be provided with their username & password to get connected to the server. Candidates who are making online payments will be getting username & password within 48 hours. Candidates who are sending their Registration form along with Cheque or Demand Draft will be getting username&password after their payment realisation.
10.RAMSAI TECHNOLOGY or work providing companies are not responsible if you are unable to submit the work on any particular day due any of the personal reason, computer problem, electricity problem, internet problem, death of any family member
11.RAMSAI TECHNOLOGY or work providing companies are not at all concerned with your internet charges or bills.
12.If any Data Entry Operator fails to submit a Minimum work set by the company than his/her Account will be totally closed
13.If any Data Entry Operator violates Any of the terms & conditions of RAMSAI TECHNOLOGY than his/her account will be terminated.
14.Candidate is taking this data entry work as on your proficiency. You have to do typing in this work
15.If there is any Technical Problem, until we solve it you have to co-operate with us
16.Candidates have to work as per the instructions given by RAMSAI TECHNOLOGY from time to time.
17.Firm has authority to change its terms & conditions from time to time.
18.Sub-Contract of this job work is strictly not permitted.
19.Firm is not responsible for TAXES, Its responsibility of the person who is taking up the work. Firm will deduct tax from total income.
20.Firm has complete rights to change terms & conditions and Work instruction, Registration Fees & changes in Plans & Accuracy.
21.The contract period for providing work for 12 months depends upon the data available with firm. Firm is not responsible if contract period completes before 12 months. In the event of any dispute or difference arising between the parties (User and Firm) here to relating to or arising out of this terms, including the implementation, execution interpretation, rectification, validity, enforceability, termination or rescission there of, including the rights, obligations or liabilities of the parties (User and Firm) here to, the same will be adjudicated and determined by arbitration. The Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 or any statutory amendment or re-enactment there of is force in India, shall govern the reference. Either party shall appoint their respective Arbitrator or the Arbitrators thus appointed should appoint the third Arbitrator who shall function as the presiding Arbitrator. The venue of arbitration shall be vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh State only.
